This specialized service focuses on the shoulders to the top of the head. Giving your face and scalp the attention they deserve. Lavender Essential Oils, warm stones, mini face cups when warranted (is NOT included in every session) to minimize wrinkles and to reduce tension from TMJ. Swedish - Massage lotion is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Prenatal - Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage bolsters, pillows, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Oncology - a therapy designed for people with cancer histories, in cancer treatment, those who have had lymph nodes removed or radiated, as well as those in the final stages of living.

Medical - Medical massage incorporates many techniques to address muscle and skeletal issues diagnosed by a doctor.

Exfoliating Foot Scrub - After wrapping the feet in warm towels, exfoliating scrub is rubbed onto the base of the foot to rid them of excess skin and debris. Once the scrub is removed, whipped body butter is massaged onto the feet, leaving the feet feeling silky soft. $16

Scalp Massage with Hair Essential Oils - When the scalp feels “tight” from stress, circulation and hair growth is impeded. Hair enhancer helps to increase blood circulation and essential oils aid in relaxation. $10

Exfoliating Back Scrub - After wrapping the back in warm towels, exfoliating scrub is rubbed onto the back to rid it of excess skin and debris. Once the scrub is removed, whipped body butter is massaged onto the back, leaving the back feeling silky soft. $16

Lavender Infused Face and Scalp Massage - Warm lavender infused towels begin the relaxation process. Warm stones relax the muscles of the face as lotion infused with essential oils is massaged onto the face. The scalp is then massaged with Lavender Essential Oils. $30

Hot Stone Aromatherapy - Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with coconut oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Aromatherapy is added to the oil to enhance this relaxing service. $25

Cupping Massage - Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. The use of the cups are integrated into your standard massage. This does not add time to your session. $25

Aches Away: Hot and Cold Therapy - A specified area of focus, our unique blend of essential oils and hot stones create a warming sensation which allows the muscles to melt.  A specially designed cooling lotion is then massaged into the same focus area to reduce inflammation, redness and aid in muscle recovery. $25

Chair Massage – While being fully clothed, chair massage is a nice introduction to massage therapy allowing the therapist access to the neck and back.
